“Bella checked us in and she was absolutely amazing. Rest of the staff was helpful as well. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom amenities was slightly lacking but not a deal breaker. Great location, plenty of food options around the hotel.”

“Everything was perfect and actually more than what we expected. We had been in the area had booked a room at a hotel but then we heard about West End Flats, we checked it out and we were very impressed. On the other hand, we had booked a hotel online and not really satisfied with it. We are, ordinary people, but we still like a room that is clean and does not have a horrible smell.It's just we had booked it in already checked in. It was too late to get reimbursement. It was worth the one time...

On nous a offert de changer de chambre, mais nous étions déjà déballés et installés. La porte fermée c’était moins bruyant. En espérant que le problème sera réglé pour les suivants. Petit déjeuner copieux et tout sentait bon, même dans les corridors. À recommander ”
