“We have switched from the Hyatt brand to Drury and have been extremely satisfied. Our recent stay at Drury in Southaven Miss was extremely pleasing with one exception. Our room was located above the pool area and while not annoying there was some noise to be heard. The rooms above and adjacent to the pool area should have received better insulation. ”

“Every thing from checking in and checking out was just beautiful. I was so surprised to see how clean the hotel is. The gated parking was it for me. The staff was very helpful and polite and they seemed to love their job. I will be returning on my next visit to the city. Thanks guys you rock!!!”

“My only concern was some equipment/mechanical noisiness that occurred late at night and early in the morning (two different issues). These did not occur during my first stay at this hotel, so it may have been related to the location of my assigned room. The staff are top-notch, and the breakfast is great, with healthy options. I'll be back.”
