Hotel a Slatersville

“Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

“The staff was very sweet but did feel I may have been a bit of a bother when I called front desk at night. The rooms were renovated but not completely, a bit of a miss matched between room and bathroom. The bathroom was a little on the gross side, towel hanger was missing and only showed nails. Front area needs a renovation, I am sure the employees would appreciate it. I missed breakfast but the area they had it in was super clean and they look to have loads of offerings. “Our room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed 1 night so I only saw 1 employee. Overall, decent stay for the night. Everything worked as expected. ”

“We stayed here a couple of times previously. The property and rooms are very clean. Unfortunately, this stay provided very little sleep. Between 1 am and 4 am there was such a loud party above us that it disturbed the peace. It was obnoxious. We did report it and hoped it would be heard and managed. Unfortunately, that was not the case. ”
