“On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure (strong enough to rinse the shampoo without standing there forever). The hotel was also very convenient to where I needed to be while in town. “Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is.”

“Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in.”

“L'hotel è in buona posizione. Ha una struttura particolare caratterizzata dall'accesso alle camere tramite ballatoi xhe si affacciano sull'interno dell'hotel. Ci hanno dato dei ticket per bevande alcoliche per il rinfresco gratuito pomeridiano. I soft drink sono gratuiti. La colazione è buona. Avevamo una camera al quinto piano. Funzionava un solo ascensore conseguentemente l'attesa era lunga. La camera aveva un sofa bed sul quale abbiamo dovuto mettere noi le lenzuola. In ultimo l'aria...
