“The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk however, had poor communication skills. I had paid for early check in if possible ahead of time. I asked about early check in at 7 am to see if I could get an early check in a 11 am. I was told to check back at 11 am. “The place was terrible, filthy, smells, not even one coat hanger available, old left over soup inside fridge, toilet seat broken and fell off, noisey air conditioning consistently like a tank went by non stop, mouse trap all over the place, stains on both towels and bed sheets, big stains spots on one and only chair, broken pieces on bath tub.
