“We had a great one night stay whilst we were visiting Cardiff for a concert. Room was lovely and included a fridge. Staff on reception were helpful & friendly. Breakfast was good and again the staff were friendly and efficient. Would recommend this hotel. ”

“Stayed overnight here. Nice room with everything in it and clean. Bed was good size. . Great view from the 10th floor. Plenty of elevators. We got a helpful young lady and reception. Beds even have a USB port beside it. Our GPS took us to the opposite side of the street and couldn’t find the way around town and all the one way streets to get there. I got partner to walk to hotel and asked reception for the parking address which worked out. Parking was easy. Breakfast ok but coffee could be a...

“Amazing stay. We came for the first oasis gig. Havent been to wales for many years and I can honestly say the staff here especially the staff at reception made this stay incredible . Rapid check in . Just brilliant . Thanks for looking after us ”

“The hotel was almost ok except the bed. It is incredible that in 2022 they still use spring mattresses and the springs pop us and you feel them in your back the whole night. What a shame fornsuch a hotel chain”
