“Good position not so far from the city center. Unfortunately, the cleaning condition of the shared space and the room cleaning service is not good and need improvement”

“We stayed here for a night for our anniversary. The pool and gym were great and one of the reasons we booked. The room was nice and modern with plenty of space. It wasn't that clear on the website menu whether there were gluten free options at breakfast, so we were delighted when the options were so good. We had a full fry up (minus black pudding which I don't like anyway) and even had gluten free croissants which was a real treat. The server told us that the afternoon tea was available gluten...

“E' inziato male....al check in ho chiesto una wake up call per la mattina seguente h 630, loro hanno confermato ma...non mi hanno chiamato, mi sono svegliato alle 8 da solo con conseguenze negative e ritardi sugli appuntamenti di lavoro. Lo ho fatto presente loro hanno detto che non ho risposto (!) alla chiamata. Il giorno dopo ho fatto la stessa cosa, mi sono messo la sveglia al cellulare 10 minuti prima, ho atteso che squillasse la sveglia hotel alle 630 am ma niente (la suoneria del telefono...
