Hotel a South Haven

“Lovely, cozy cabin. We really enjoyed our stay! Only hiccup we had, was that the driveway is pretty steep and we got stuck leaving one afternoon. Nothing anyone can do about that, except maybe a heads up in the description. (It was dark when we arrived ane we didn't realize how steep the driveway was until we were halfway down) After that, we parked at the top of the driveway and we had no issue! Beds were comfy, it had everything we needed. Hoping to come back in the summer so we can enjoy...

“The staff were uniformly friendly and cheerful and efficient. The front d3sk people were especially helpful, both daytime and evening. Check-in took about 1 minute. The breakfast cook was consistently cheerful. The cleaning ladies were also happy and friendly. Our visit left us with a good feeling.”

“The room was disgustingly gross. Stained pillow case, stuff on the bedding, floor hadn’t been vacuumed in months! Stains on the table and foot stool, I did not stay there and they refused to give me a refund”

“I gave it a 2 star review would Have gave it a 1 star but liked the cleaning lady she was a sweetheart, with that being said me and my husband had to go to Target to buy 2 king size sheet sets, 4 pillows and a comforter. We were staying for over a week so we wanted to be as comfortable as possible with what we were working with, when we arrived the sheet sets look old and dinghy nothing matched different flitted sheet from the flat sheet, the bed itself was at the bare bones you can feel EVER...

“We really enjoyed our time at Sure Stay. The room was nice and it was easy to take our old dog outside. There is plenty of green space for the dog. The pool was really nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! We will stay there again next time.”
