“The location itself was the draw to this resort, and it was worth the effort to get there. We found the area to be very relaxing and tranquil. There was only one night with some excessive noise by a neighboring cottage. Otherwise, it felt like we were there alone for most of the time we spent at the resort. “Hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and receptive. Their dogs (hypoallergic poodles) were the cutest to play with and well-behaved. The room itself (Library Room) is cozy and rustic with more than enough things we needed. Some items like toothpaste are lacking but I'm sure that if you ask the hosts, you'll be able to get one anyway. Overall, the experience was incredible and I would recommend this place to everyone! “Staff and cleanliness were fantastic. They actually had a nice place to get water coffee tea and treats at all times which was so lovely. Also had a lounge to have Sherry with other guests from 5-7. Locations was great little extras they supplied was appreciated. Nice stay. The only thing I would say is you can hear other guests although everyone was respectful. “Terrible. Would not recommend. Booked a deluxe 2 bedroom they gave us a 1 bedroom told me that is what I booked I have the reservation details in front of me and it clearly says 2 bedroom deluxe villa. The manager talked over me and was not very nice. I would not stay at this hotel ”

“Overall, my stay was fantastic. Staff was very nice! The food at the restaurant was ok,however the dust was a issue for me inside the restaurant. I could see that the registers haven't been cleaned in a while.alsi the boat on the ceiling was also covered in dust. Other than that a very pleasant place to stay.i would stay there again the view of the mountains from the suite are amazing!”

“The room was clean and tidy, comfy bed, great view and friendly staff. You can tell there has been recent renovations done to the hotel with an on-site restaurant. A little noisy in the evening due to music being played in the restaurant but only lasted till 10pm. Hotel was very close to the town of Ganges (5min walk) and the Saturday market was a hit!”
