“Very good getaway spot. The rooms were fine in the main building. The restaurant was only average considering the price they were charging. But everyone working there was very helpful and lovely. It’s a quiet spot on a beautiful island.”

“This is a unique property right near the water. Each room is unique, full of antique furniture, and modern upgraded bathrooms. The shower had good pressure which is often hard to find. The included breakfast had many options, but could use a little more imagination.”

“I loved being so close to the beach and town Everything was within walking distance- including the grocery store, seafront walk, shops, restaurants. We had a balcony facing the water amazing view and sunrise. There were some plantings and grass on the grounds so it wasn't all concrete or ashphalt . There has been an effort to keep it beautiful, small, friendly and manageable. idk how long the site can stay like this but I LOVED it. So much better than a gargantuan chain hotel. “Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!”

“Overall our one night stay was very good. The only issue was the room was very stuffy and warm. The windows do not open so no fresh air. The alternative was the a/c which was too close to the bed and was noisy.”
