“Staff all around was rude, unhelpful and impatient, especially the cashiers. Waited 20 minutes for an iron and almost one hour for other items and had to go to the front desk for them. The property is dated and the rooms were dark and musty. Kids had a mediocre time. Didn't try the food other than the dipping dots Late check out at 2pm is an additional $59.00 Wristbands used to open the gate out the parking lot don't work well. Lady at time share kiosk seemed more like a used car salesman...

“When we first arrived, the bathroom had a "sewer like" odor. Most of the staff was great~ our check in staff was not very personable. ”

“Clean rooms, nice staff, right in downtown Scottsdale so there’s a lot of food options and a Target within a 3 mile radius as well as other shops. Definitely planning on coming back here next time. ”

“The room was clean but could use updating. Our bathroom door didn’t open and close properly. The a/c vent by the bathroom dripped water and made the floor wet and it smelled pretty musty. The refrigerator also didn’t work well at all and barely kept our water cold. Wish the room was a little over for the price paid. ”
