“The indoor bar offers amazing selections and the restaurant on site, zuzu was delightful!!!!! The food and drinks in the pool area/pool bar were excellent!!! Try the chicken ceasar wrap!!!”

“Very nice accommodations for the price. The hotel was modern and clean, and the breakfast was an upgrade from the typical “breakfast included” hotels, also the fitness room was higher grade. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had also stayed at Element in Iowa City, it was very similar and I had a positive experience there as well. I’ll look to stay at Element hotels in the future. ”

The bar staff seemed very overworked and it was often hard to get a drink. The breakfast was good, and the fitness center was great, and even though they said the pool was heated, it clearly did not have a heater. ”

“After three hours of waiting for our room, the room was nice and modern, but was not worth $400 a night. There was quite a lot of noise coming from either the rooftop bar or the locals not sure which but it didn’t seem to be any room, dampening windows, and it went well into the night. Would not recommend at this price.”

“Clean rooms, nice staff, right in downtown Scottsdale so there’s a lot of food options and a Target within a 3 mile radius as well as other shops. Definitely planning on coming back here next time. ”

“The rooms are very very old and in need of upgrading but wouldn’t be so bad if they were cleaned properly. The pipes banging when you use the sink are disruptive and then the ones above banging in the night when people use the washroom. Curtains are stained and old. There is no oven despite there being a kitchen, the remotes were dirty and the dishes were dirty from previous use. Dirty elevator with no safety buttons in tact. “It was a little creepy checking in at night. None of the lights in the parking lot were working. When I got to my room I noticed there was no toilet paper and had to go back through the creepy parking lot to get to the main entrance to ask for toilet paper. The room was clean and they had streaming TV which is always nice to see. ”

“Staying at the Scottsdale Hyatt was great. The staff were extremely helpful for suggestion options to go out, where to eat, and staying safe on the heat.”
