Ville a South Walton

“Excellent house, in a prime location. Everything was well-appointed and new. Very easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. The cart that is included with the house makes everything much easier and convenient. The beach accessories were a definite bonus. Highly recommend and would visit again.”

“Easy checkin and good communication w host. A little bit dated but nice overall and convenient spot in Seascape.”

“Great hosts and property. We had an excellent stay!”

“No complaints everything was great! Check in and out was easy and we had a wonderful time!”

“The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and the condo was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the quick access to the beach and pool.”

“Exceptional stay at this newly remodeled vacation home! I’ll admit I was nervous at first since the property was still finishing its remodel, but it exceeded every expectation. The layout is unbelievable, every king suite has its own bathroom, which is nearly impossible to find anywhere in Destin! The location is perfect: a quick hop to Crystal Beach, where the water is the most beautiful shade of blue and the sand is cloud‑white. The pool area was a highlight. It’s partially covered, so we were...

“This place was great for our family. It was nice having somewhere for a Large group and not feel overwhelmed. Everything was clean and Sherrie was a Great Host. The kitchen had everything we needed and spacious. The pool was great and the kids loved the slide. A very short walk to the beach and it was nice having chairs to take with us. I highly recommend this place.”

“Absolutely loved our stay. The home was perfect for our family, with just a small walk away from the beach. Our host was amazing and so very responsive and helpful for any small problems we incurred. (Nothing that she did wrong). Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and look forward to coming back one day!!”

“Great property and location to beach. Golf cart was very helpful to make store and beach runs. Few issues were resolved immediately and didn't impact our experience.”

“Beautiful location with amazing access to private beach!”

“Great place to stay. Enjoyed it.”

“Amazing location, right on the beach and easy access to all of the other area attractions! House was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay! Definitely would come back to this property again if we come back to Destin!”

“Everything was very beautiful. The host was responsive and answered my calls within seconds every time. During our stay, there were some issues with the lock on the door, and she had someone out the very next morning to fix it. The whole family had a fantastic time! You will receive a parking pass that allows you to park at the resort across the street (it all belongs together) and that gets you closer to the beach, or you can walk across the bridge over the road. The kids loved seeing the ducks...

“Simply amazing!! The villa was everything and a little beyond what the picture shows! We loved it! I am looking to book for next year! The host was spot on DAY ONE! Kind and quick to respond! Don’t know how anyone could rate it less of 5stars!!”

“We had an amazing stay! We had 4 different families and we all felt comfortable throughout our stay! Our expectations were definitely exceeded. Beds and couches were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were amazing. The beach entrance was directly across the street and took us no longer than a minute or two to get down there. Such a great location that is close to everything. Our dogs also loved this stay as well. I would recommend this place over and over again.”
