“Room was double booked. Had to get a new room at 2am. Horrible experience.”

“Great view, and they don’t expect you to do chores before checking out that I appreciate. However the parking situation would’ve been great if there was better communication. I paid for parking, there was no instructions on how to get in, the pin. They told me to head to parking but waited outside for 15 minutes trying to figure it out on an extremely busy road. Caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Room was great, but parking needs to be explained better. Other guests told me the same as well.”

“I booked One Sky Loft in advance, but I did not receive my check-in instructions on time, so I had to call to get access details. I would recommend calling the night before or the day before your stay to make sure everything is ready. The apartment with view to the street is pretty good, well organized and it looks as shown in the pictures in the page. The kitchen and laundry is a very appreciated plus.”

“The portal they send you is extensive questioning, It was a lot but I liked that they were careful who they rented to. The spiral staircase is WAY Too easy the bang you head shoulder etc into and should have plastic order covering the metal edges and screws/bolt etc We had a bloody head injuring as a result. Proximity of the dining table made getting around it and the staircase very tight. Issues with the electronic lock several times which left us stranded in the hall twice. It says it’s a...

“This property is overvalued for the experience it offers guests. 1. Check-out time at 10:00 AM is extremely inconvenient. 2. The bathroom sink was small without room to place toiletries. 3. The furniture on the seating living room needs a much needed upgrade both chairs and the couch. Will never consider booking with this business again. Thanks!”
