“Upon arrival there was no one at the desk to check us in for at least 3-4 minutes. My husband had to whistle to get someone to come out of the office, which was located right behind the desk to help us and there was no apology for making us wait. “The room was super clean and the staff was really nice. Highly recommend. ”

“The staff didnt keep up with the demand of coffee, eggs, sausage when we went to eat. We waited about 10 minutes for the staff to replenish. We were able to eat before boarding the shuttle van. Upon entering our room it seemed very musty or moldy. We didnt say anything figuring they wouldnt do anything. ”
