“This worked out well for me. I was in town for a 3-day convention at the GRB. The total cost here was about what 1 night cost downtown and I avoided the $45/day parking. I used the nearby Leeland/Third Ward MetroRail station which is 2 stops from the GRB. There is a concrete slab from a torn down building that I used to park next to the station. “Host Robin, was welcoming and was very responsive to answer our questions. The location was great, enjoyed fishing from the dock and the amenities were great. Very nicely equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean house with nice firepit and outside seating area. One item of note is that in the house there are 2 full bathrooms. “The house was extremely cold when we arrived, would have been nice if someone would have turned the heat up before we got there.The bathroom faucet for the shower for cold water was broken. Had to use plyers to turn on and off.Other than that the stay was good.”
