“I was not able to stay there. After I got there, exhausted from Jacksonville, FL driving, the front desk notified me that they do not accept pets which on the Expedia page it notes that it does allow dogs. I paid in advance, front desk told me they are not refunding my money because I made reservation through Expedia. Any help I can receive here I’ll appreciate it!”

“When we arrived at the property at 1030pm I walked by a lady outside talking loudly to someone on the phone. I didn’t think anything of it and thought she was just arguing with someone . I go to the front desk,,no one‘s there I start calling to the open door behind the front desk for someone and no response. Anyhow, another five minutes passes by and the lady that was outside.
