“Love love love the location of this property. It is perfect for if you’re visiting Universal Studios like my party was… However, there are more cons than pros in my opinion. There was mold in apartment, especially in the bathrooms (which I’m sure is due to lack of ventilation and humidity) as well as finding a dead cockroach in the restroom. While some of the unit seemed somewhat recently updated/renovated… The entire building was run down and outdated. The beds were pretty comfortable but...

“This was the perfect place for a quick spring break trip to Universal with the family. There is a good bit of construction going on around the property so just be sure to pay attention coming and going. Other than that minor inconvenience it was perfect for the four of us. Adults had a room and bathroom to themselves and so did the kids. Convenient to have a full kitchen as well. The owner was easy to work with and communicate with before the stay. No need during but I’m sure we would have heard...

“Excellent. Average 12 uber from location to theme parks. Awesome loft for families. Wouldn't recommend party goers, community is quiet and reserved. Very clean. Only mention... queen size was largest bed... and mattresses, while new... weren't the most comfortable ”
