“What made this a great hotel was the amazing service from Giovanni. Its a convenient location and amenities are very good but Giovanni saved us a lot from a horrible trip. He represents what customer service should be.
Hotels.com however is a stink and disgusting platform. absolutely bad service and will never use hotels.com in future. Joe from hotels.com should be fired and begging in the streets. ”
