“I liked that free transportation was offered to and from the airport. And the drive itself wasn’t that long. Received a warm welcome, check in was a breeze. The room was nice and clean and the view was nice. Was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t and water sports available. The restaurants were nice. Overall we had a great vacation and would stay here again.”

In All Inclusive ti mettono il braccialetto ma ti chiedono sempre e comunque la chiave elettornica della camera...quindi a cosa serve il braccialetto? Basterebbe la chiave invece ti obbligano a portare il braccialetto..allora delle due una. Il bagno puzzava un po' per l'odore dello scarico che risaliva. “Sono stata derubata in stanza! Hanno aperto la borsa e rubato 200€ mentre ero fuori per un escursione..al mio ritorno ho trovato la cassaforte aperta e 200€ in meno. Sono stati sicuramente gli addetti alle pulizie ..molta attenzione ragazzi!! E soprattutto non prenotate assolutamente sono dei ladri!”

"The Hotel is quite old but it's a great choice for Cancun. Rooms are really big, the building is typical and has beautiful garden. Breakfast is great and service is ok too.
I wanted to invite a couple with a kid for making some pics at the beach but the access was totally denied for "security reasons". I found this quite ridicolous "
"Se volete un hotel che si differenzia dai mega hotel che ci sono a Cancun questo hotel messicano fa al caso vostro. Posizione perfetta. Proprio sulla playa Tortugas e a due passi per i traghetti per Isla Mujeres. Inoltre gli autobus per il centro passano dal viale davanti all'hotel e passano ogni 5 minuti, il biglietto costa 12 pesos o 1 dollaro a tratta e si paga al conducente, quindi consiglio di procurarsi pesos perche' costa meno.
Ci sono 2 ristoranti fra cui scegliere e si mangia benissimo in entrambi. Menu vario con proposte internazionali che variano tutti i giorni. Bellissima la festa messicana il giovedi sera assolutamente da non perdere con allestimento nel giardino dell'hotel con chioschi di piatti tipici messicani e spettacolo di ballo e canto veramente super. Inotre abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la camera e la manager non ha esitato a fornirci un'altra camera."
