“La mia permanenza in questo hotel non è stata soddisfacente. Il personale della reception non era gentile ne’ disponibile. Le chiavi elettroniche non funzionavano bene e abbiamo dovute sostituirle più volte. La struttura non è bella e non è tenuta bene. Le stanze sono discrete, abbastanza grandi con spazio per valigie ed effetti personali, c’è una vista carina sul porto. La posizione è oggettivamente molto centrale e strategica per visitare Newport. “Good price and value for money. Good location to Newport mansions. Lots of parking. Many food opportunities nearby. Grocery store across the street. Friendly staff. Special thanks to Sam for help finding my lost glasses.”

“The staff was so friendly across the entire stay. Everyone was fantastic! The room was clean and it was a lovely historical hotel, but the staff really went above and beyond. The only downside was that there were people outside that were on some elicit substances and there was a fight involving dogs while I was there with my two young daughters. It did make me feel rather unsafe. That is more location based, nothing against the staff or the hotel. ”

“Overall good. The front desk staff/breakfast attendant was EXCELLENT. Pool is indoors and warm. Breakfast was buffet, hot and had eggs and a protein each morning. The 8 person room truly can accommodate 8. The water in the room would only provide hot water after a while and only sometimes, don't know what that was about. ”
