“Awesome place! Friendly staff, good walking area for activities! No complaints”

“We had such a great stay at the Drury Plaza! Our room was spotless, the entire hotel was clean and well maintained, and having both complimentary breakfast and dinner included was such a bonus. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a hello and a smile. A special shoutout to Wyatt at the front desk, who was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to explain everything, was incredibly friendly, and made us feel welcome right from the start. Camp...

“Good stay, clean rooms, fast check in, friendly staff, excellent bar”

“Loved the high ceilings and huge room. The place was very convenient to Union Depot which is why we chose it. Beautiful building. Personally I found the breakfast plentiful but meh. I guess we have more lowbrow taste. It was a little...natural/crunchy for us. They had a lot of options for the oatmeal bar, if you like that kind of thing. Give me preservatives or give me death!!!”

“Very disgusted in the state of our room/ property. There were huge stains on the sofa in the common area. There were large holes 8-10” in the blinds from sun rot, stains on the ceiling and the room showed a lot of wear with nicks and gouges in the wood. We shared a bathroom but the towels were left in the bathroom and there were no washcloths and only 2 hand towels for 4 rooms. This was a BED and BREAKFAST but the host asked us to pay $40 extra for breakfast. He said it was only included in...

“Very nice and spacious room. Had a nice morning breakfast. The only downfall was pour water pressure in the shower on the fifth floor.”

“I was unsure if the hotel I booked it last minute for a concert. It was very reasonable so I went with an open mind a place to sleep. From the minute I walked in Chelsea greeted me with warm cookies and free water and early check in and room on the top floor! Truly outstanding experience! Loved the bar I could sit at and relax and close to concert! A great solo weekend away felt safe and comfortable!”

“Great stay”

“The room smelled like feet and cheese. There were cigarette burns on the furniture and bathroom sink. The faucet stuck and you had to yank it to turn it on. The toilet didn’t flush, the ice machine on second floor was broken, the ice bucket had mold in it. The hallway smelled of marijuana and dirty carpet. The AC had trash, bits of paper and a ton of dust in it. The alarm clock had some kind of sticky substance on it. The website advised a pool, hot tub, and continental breakfast. None of the...

“Clean and comfortable in a great location. Quiet quarters. Host was incredible. Easy to communicate with. Wonderful experience.”

“A lovely property overall. Missed that all the bedrooms and bathroom were upstairs. The shower is very small & short so be aware of that. Comfortable beds and spacious living areas in a nice, quiet neighborhood.”
