Hotel a Sublette

“I chose this hotel because of the pool for my grandsons, but they said the pool was smelly and they wouldn’t use it. The room was fine. The breakfast was quite frankly, horrible.”

“Hopeless staff. WiFi Internet went off late night and did not come back on despite talking to staff. Continental breakfast non-existent. Speaking to others staying there, their comments mirrored mine, most going to another motel across the road.”

“The staff were outstanding. Manager Tyshia was professional, kind, courteous, respectful, always had a smile on her face. Also Alania had a beautiful spirit so helpful. Exactly all staff including the housekeepers were the best. We would absolutely stay here at Fairfield again. Thank you Fairfield!”

“Front desk worker was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We had a toilet that had plumbing issues and after my daughter flushed it two times it overflowed all over our bathroom. They wouldn’t bring us a plunger and it took over an hour for her to send someone to clean it up. She hung up on my daughter the first time we called and asked for assistance.”

“It appears the rooms and much of the hotel has been renovated. I don’t think they are quite done. But it has the modern Comfort Inn decor. We were disappointed that after checking in, they told us they had no breakfast (and they offered no discount). I then saw a sign hanging low at reception that indicated that they could not serve food because they don’t have the appropriate license. If that’s the case, then don’t advertise it as having breakfast and discount until the license is...

“This hotel was ok it was clean it just really could use some updates ice machine was broke on the 1st floor so you had to go to the 3rd floor to get ice the pool was down all 4 days we were there the breakfast was basic at best and one day there was no eggs the staff was friendly and did the best with what they had.”

“Had trouble finding a plug in that my phone charger would stay in. Otherwise, the accommodations were good.”
