“We arrived late at the hotel and checked in without a problem. However, there was a problem with the water (no cold water) and only very hot water came out of the faucets. Unable to take a shower. Checked with the front desk to see if we could change rooms, and they acknowledged that this was problem with the entire hotel! It would have been helpful if we were informed of this at the time of check in.”
