“I do not recommend this hotel.
During our stay, my car was broken into while parked in the hotel’s parking lot. The thieves stole all of my belongings and completely shattered and removed the entire rear window of my car.
What is most concerning is that there are no cameras covering the back of the parking area, even though it is a very small parking lot owned by the hotel. The staff showed very little empathy or concern for what happened and took no responsibility whatsoever.

“The hotel spa is relaxing. Moon is a fantastic massage therapist, and her cupping technique was amazing. The resort charges random fees, like a $25 resort fee (for water and coffee in the room, which is ridiculous). The Spa automatically adds a 20% gratuity to your bill, plus a $7 service fee. I would not stay here again because of all the random fees the resort adds on - completely unnecessary, and the restaurants are over-priced.”

“This is a bare minimum extended stay facility. Two, plates, forks, spoons, knives and glasses. You have to supply everything. Cook top but no pots or pans. You have to buy them? Fire alarm went off at 2:30 am in the whole hotel because of someone burning their microwave popcorn. No one on the property after 10pm. Extended our stay for two extra days and then our plans changed and we checked out a day early. NO REFUND. We will not be returning”
