“Check in was a breeze, location very nice, but had a few issues. One the faucet in bathroom was a bit tricky had to manipulate it to get the warm or hot water. Toilet area has no fan vent. The room was very clean and spacious but seemed empty needed a comfortable chair added so much wasted space. The ice machine was hard to find and down a floor, needs better sign markings to find it and one on each floor would be nice. The other guest were very very noisy, kids running around and screaming...

“Only made the bed three out of five days. Carpeting in halls worn filthy and disgusting. Never cleaned my bathroom or the floors. Staff was accommodating. Was extremely disappointed that pool and hot tub were not working. I picked that location because of that. Would have liked some communication ahead of time. I would have switched hotelz”

“The guy that met me and checked me in was very courteous and helpful. And the house was amazing. I didn't get time to explore the grounds, but from what I saw it was beautiful. I'd definitely book there again.”

“First when i arrived inside my hotel room i noticed that the entrance door had a gap from the floor to the end of the actual door. So as im sleeping i can see people shoes walk back and forth from outside my room. The walls were thin as well you can hear the entire converstation happening between the two rooms that your in between. The mattress was the worst part, the sheets had stains on them, the pillows were a brown color underneath the pillow case, the carpet was not swept upon arrival, lots...
