“There’s a breakfast restaurant next to the hotel, delicious food and good price”

“I arrived at the hotel and had already completed online check-in, but I was told to wait for about an hour because the room assigned to me was not ready. When I finally got to the room, it was still dirty and the bed had not been made. After the room was prepared, I discovered that the television was not working. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Unfortunately, the poor room preparation and maintenance made my stay disappointing.”

“The pictures they use to describe the outside property are very different from what it actually looks like. They included the golf courses that belong to the property in the rear. They also stood on the beach and took pictures of the building in the background.There is no lush landscape at the property just concrete. The woods hides the road but there is no grass area or anything just a cross walk to the beach which is across the road. Elevator was broken so only one working and staff are using...

“It was a 2 star hotel but honestly it was very cute and clean. Simple walk to the beach and they had beach wagons to rent if you needed on a first come first serve basis. Staff was super helpful and very friendly! Was in a great location with shops and food close.”

“The internet did not work in my hotel room; I had to stay in the hotel lobby in order to get internet. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was lovely. The big negative is the property management unilaterally changed my reservation without talking to or confirming with me. When I arrived on the first date of my reservation, they had booked the entire hotel and had no rooms available for me and told me to stay the first night of my reservation down the road at the Hampton Inn and Suites.”

“Free breakfast, parking and wi-fi. Also with indoor pool and mini gym for a good price which you can’t find in California or Vegas.”

“The staff were very friendly, they offer free breakfast, and it was very clean and quiet in my hotel room. The only thing I would improve is adding gym wipes and filling the conditioner bottle which was empty my whole stay.”

“Front desk guys were rude. No elevators i had my cart ,told them I have cancer and a bad back how am I gonna get the cart upstairs and they shrugged their shoulders. Do rude. They soldered the bathtub stopper so u can't pull it up or down and take a bath, only a shower. The washer destroyed my clothes and stole 8$ of my quarters and they said they had nothing to do with the washer and dryer! And pool was about the size of a kiddy pool. Not worth the price. That's ridiculous and they lied ,they...

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”

“The property is well managed by the owners. The property is like staying in an older house. Guests can cook food in the kitchen. Was unable to connect to the cable TV or apps.”
