“So during our stay this past weekend, 1/31-2/1, there was a massive snow storm. Over a foot of snow fell and we were snowed in. That being said, the staff was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need and helped us to get another room when we had to end up staying another night because our car was burried! “The room was very clean and although they are in the process of updating, the hotel overall has such a classy feel. Very upscale feeling. And not even a stones throw from the beach. A great getaway from the cold weather. ”

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”

“Beds are always clean and comfortable. Always greeted with a warm smile. Christmas morning we awoke to a goodie bad by our door. Very thoughtful management. Breakfast was delicious. It was a great stay!”
