“We had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Inn & Suites in Manheim, PA while traveling with our pet. The place is very clean, and the staff was incredibly considerate and understanding. We were supposed to check out at 12 PM, but due to my son’s volleyball game, we didn’t leave until around 3 PM. Instead of charging us the full late check-out fee per policy, they only charged us half, which we truly appreciated. Shoutout to Marco, Fawzi, and Ferdy for being so kind and welcoming. “Was a great hotel, great prices, clean, free breakfast… pool the hot tub was not hot but was just warm which is what the pool should have been but the indoor pool was freezing so everyone including kids was in the hot tub. ”

“This was a last minute booking as I was boarding a delayed flight from Orlando and flying into a snow storm with Blizzard warnings. Upon arrival checkin was smooth and room was perfect. ”
