“I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The biggest challenge was finding it at first, as it’s located on the 4th floor of a hospital, which was a bit confusing. The property also feels somewhat outdated. That said, I only stayed for one night, and my experience was generally positive. “The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Free parking space and restaurant as well as train station just walking distance from the hotel. Love their continental breakfast. Room was clean, AC works and they seem to have a backup generator in case of power outage which are frequent in PR. My wife and I loved it. We would definitely stain at Nest again.”

“The rooms are a bit out dated. The pillows are very uncomfortable. We stayed 5 night and 2 of the days we did not get our bath towels replaced. We also ran out of shampoo and body wash in the room. We called the front desk to get these items refilled but we never had a staff member bring them to us.”

“Everything is expensive. EVERYTHING! I do not recommend eating or drinking here because of it. Cross the street to the liquor store and get yourself a bottle of something. The drinks cost way too much and were weak AF! I mean breakfast is $40! For a family of 4 you're looking at $160+, just for breakfast! That's insane! “The room has no windows and expect a surprise fee of $40/night - both not disclosed in the reservation. We also had to have our sheets changed due to blood marks on one of them. Other than that…. Fine I guess? Expedia customer service also proved completely useless and unable to assist in any way”

“The room was a great fit. Clean room and bathroom. lasked for a cleaning a clean towels and they just came and did it. Staff was great. Location convenient.”
