Additionally, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in various areas of Tulum.

As our guest, you have free access to our exclusive beach club, located at kilometer 9.3 in Tulum’s hotel zone—one of the most beautiful spots on the coast.

Important:
Free access is available until December 14.
From December 15 to February 15 (high season), a preferred access fee will apply, payable directly at the beach club.

During your stay, we include 30 kWh of electricity per day.
If you go over that amount, the extra usage will be charged at 8 MXN per kWh, payable at the end of your stay.
Upon arrival, we will request a security deposit of 300 USD, which is refundable at the end of your stay, to cover any damage or loss to the apartment.
