Day trips are also a must, especially to Xel-Ha Park, Xcaret Park, Cozumel, Playa del Carmen, and Isla Mujeres.

This gorgeous apartment boasts a welcoming and air-conditioned open floor plan seamlessly combining all living spaces into one. * Please take into consideration that the road to the property it’s not paved. A car is a must to visit the region and 4x4 is highly recommended during raining season (Jul - Nov)* Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
* Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
* All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
* No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Clean & comfortable in isolated beach community

Very clean apartment and property, and quiet as well, which were all positives for our family vacation. The community pool and hammocks were rarely occupied by others and we felt like we had the property to ourselves most days. Only cons were that the beach immediately by the property is very rocky/filled with coral; water shoes are a must and there are more sandy beaches nearby (we liked using the day pass option at a nearby hotel with a more protected coastline). The other, bigger, con is that the road leading into/out of the property is in terrible condition, so it made leaving the community to explore downtown Tulum or other attractions feel like a chore, and we might have left more often if not for the shape of the road.

tres beau sejour !

tres beau séjour, seul bémol ...on aurait aimé etre avertit que le chemin d'accès est vraiment chaotique . Je conseille de louer un vus . c'est qu'on aurait fait si on avait été informé de l'état de la route .
