Overall the property is nice, easy- fast - access to Busch Gardens (about 10 miles) -appearing to be partially complete in a apparant rennovation upgrade, with options like the game room currently to be filled, and no pool yet available. “This was a great hotel option for us while attending a track event. It was convenient with lots of shopping and dining options. The room was clean and staff were friendly. Only improvement would be the breakfast options. I would love to see some more fruit, a scrambled egg option, and some already cooked oatmeal with toppings. Otherwise, we loved our stay. ”

“Customer service was outstanding, all employees were helpful and friendly. There was a very nice continental breakfast included. Unfortunately the waffle makers were not working but all the other food was tasty and warm except for the sausage patties. The room was clean and the shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water. It was handy have a good sized refrigerator. ”

“We were greeted at the front door by a very gracious lady who showed us where everything was and ended at our room. The room, though not large, was very comfortable and clean and certainly big enough for the two of us. We loved that it was across the street from William & Mary University and went for a walk on campus. Best of all it was a few blocks from Colonial Williamsburg and we could walk there & back. “My husband and I spent a few nights here for our 10 year anniversary. The resort was great. We enjoyed being able to walk to everything we needed, the dining options, and the pool behind the spa. The river pool was a bit too crowded with children for us so we stayed away from that. The Mill was a great place for breakfast and lunch, and we enjoyed dinner at The James River Grille twice.
