“It was a decent place for the price.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room had a strong smell of urine and dampness/moisture when we arrived, which made it feel unclean and uncomfortable. The location was convenient, but the odor really affected our experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue for future guests.”

“I appreciated the complimentary breakfast with waffles, but there wasn't quite enough space around the buffet and it got pretty crowded with all the people trying to get food.”

“Staff was curtious and attentive and made sure our of needs were met. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel location was very convenient, pently of shopping and dinning options near by and a short drive to downtown area.”

“The only thing I disliked was my 17 year old black son was approached by police stating that someone called and said he was walking around.. 🤔🤔”

“First off, they do not clean your room unless you specifically ask for it. Secondly, took me three rooms to find one that didn’t smell like smoke, smell musty, and was OK. After that, it was pretty much what you would expect from Best Western. Breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming. I probably would not stay there again.”

“We arrived to a clean room that was ready for our stay. The room was large and had the expected amenities. The shower delivered plenty of hot water at a fast speed from a large shower head. A little too fast for the drainage which was a tad bit sluggish. The room was very quiet and blocked interior hotel sounds as well as outside traffic sound. The AC worked great. The bed was The perfect combination of furnace and softness. No complaints from us. ”

“I didn’t like that you couldn’t adjust the temperature of the room. It was way too cold but other than that, it was a nice stay.”

“For our brief stop on our long trip this was a good place to stay. It was clean, staff friendly, the beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was not too noisy. The bedside reading light was broken, the toilet/ shower room could use some work. Over all the price was right and The included breakfast was very convenient. It offered a little of everything. Overall for the price it was good. I would stay there again.”
