“Newer property, clean, good location. Unfortunately most guests are construction crew for highway repairs working late shifts. Woken up at 4:15 each morning by large trucks backing into spots with safety horns beeping. Woken up again at 6am by day shift cranking large trucks and letting them warm up for 15 minutes. Talked to front desk asking if they could ask crew to not back into spaces and they said NO. ”

“Easy yo find and literally within a mile of the gate of Biltmore Estate. The hotel was clean and nice and staff very friendly. Decent choice of breakfast items. Room was clean and comfortable. iticky items were towels were a bit stiff, not as soft as expected, and TP was an inferior quality expected at this price point. All in all a very good choice for a quiet and comfortable stay!”

“We stayed at this location for a week. Miss Claudia at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Always a wonderful smile, cheery demeanor, a sweetheart whom made you truly feel welcomed. The room was spacious with a fabulous view of the mountains. Breakfast had great options and you are next door to a grocery store. Only downside is if you have a full size truck or SUV, you can park when full but you will need manuevering and backup skills.”

“Es un buen hotel para relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Tenga en cuenta que solo incluye la habitación todo hay que pagarlo a parte. Las piscinas pertenecen al spa y nos costó el pase por un día entero 245$ por persona, no permiten niños en el spa, no podrán entrarlo a la piscina. La comida es solo americana y están los precios algo elevados, pero el pueblo queda cerca a 10 min y tienen variedad de restaurantes de diferentes países y económicos. ”

“yes, there were shops nearby. The parking was okay but a little tight for a full size pickup. The room was really dirty, floors, the recliner, the bath room was also unclean. The room was advertised as handicap accessible, the shower did have grab bars but the toilet was low with no grab bars. I only walk with handicap aid such as canes or walkers and I certainly require grab bars around a toilet. Before bringing our bags into the room, my wife asked the staff if we could have a different room...
