“Rooms very clean ”

“Bathroom was not cleaned as I found someone else's hair on the floor. Also, the line to get checked in for the main pool was absurd. They need to come out with a better system to track who enters the main pool. ”

“Room was clean. Food at Sid’s, Mexican spot and kids arcade were good. We were put in the very last row of the resort (vvc) and it was terribly far form everything!!!! The closest 2 pools were gross. Chairs at pool gross. Basketball court by us broken. Food and marketplace closed at 7. Nothing opened til 12 noon to eat. Our room (vvc 11-b) itself was ok. No toaster. Light in bathroom falling. Had to call because air broke twice. You share a hallway with the unit Nextdoor like an apartment...
