“I had a wonderful stay at Beaconsfield Inn. Kathy, who welcomed me, really went above and beyond. She helped me cancel an additional night that I ended up not needing and made sure I could still have breakfast on a day when I had to leave very early. My room was incredibly charming and cozy, and I felt very comfortable there. The location is also excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here!”

“The only thing we were confused about was it was not a bed and breakfast..but was listed as one online. No Breakfast. Everything else was great, and clean and cozy. The new TV was working but last day no signal could not watch TV. I was so happy they let us check out at 2 pm, as our trip back to Edmonton was early in evening. Coffe was so nice, and it was a pleasure to stay. We would return for sure.”

“Fisherman’s Wharf is a vibrant area right on the water. For me the location was well situated near family I was visiting. The houseboats are a nice addition and I’m glad I got to experience staying on one.”

“Pros: rural setting, large suite, comfortable bed Cons: need electrical upgrade as only one kitchen appliance could operate at a time. 4 large dogs live upstairs- when they get excited lots of running and barking.”

“The place was in a quiet and convenient location for what we were doing, the hosts were very accommodating to our needs as we were traveling with an aging parent who has mobility issues”

“Overall place was okay. Ideas to make things better. 1. There were no staff or contact numbers available to help and answer questions. 2. No descrption of where bedrooms and sleeping couches were. 3. The tv controller was missing so could not watch. 4. We had to search closets for bedding. 5. Didn't find the thermostat controls until next morning. These and other minor problems could be avoided if the was a printed orientation guide for all facilities. ”
