“The bed was not comfortable. Woke up with a back pain. There was no water bottles in the room. Upon asking at the reception, they gave 2 bottles and did not replenish it even though we stayed for 2 nights. The massage is quite expensive but the massage therapist is not good at her job. Room is very big and clean with nice view. But overall quite expensive.”

“Paid for a king bed because I was going with my wife who is disabled. They daid i got an upgrade to a room with a view but the room had two queen beds that are not that big. Also, having to pay for parking at the hotel was a vast not mentioned until you arrive and find out. Over all nice place but you have to pay for extras like breakfast and parking and snack lounge which was included for a charge. Won't go back if we stay in Victoria again.”
