“The rooms were very clean and inviting. There was an issue with the heat in our room and we were promptly upgraded. The owners were quick to respond and genuinely apologetic. It's a nice change from the cookie cutter hotels and it's a beautiful inn and a wonderful setting.”

“Tru is a great low cost option for visiting the Camillus/Syracuse area. The location is convenient and the price is right. The rooms are somewhat spartan, more appropriate as a place to sleep than a place to stay. Our room overlooked the very nearby Costco and we had to listen to a generator hum all night. Not ideal, but not insurmountable. Will almost certainly stay there again, but I can't imagine ever looking forward to it.”

“The townhouse was great. Clean, functional, good location. There were things that need to be improved however. When a place lists it has space for 6 to sleep but doesn’t spell out that two of those spaces are tiny fold out cots; we assumed there was a fold out couch. Also being located in one of the snow capitals and there was no shovel to clear the 8 or so inches of snow received during our stay. The soap dispenser in the half bath downstairs doesn’t function. The kitchen had basic necessities...
