“posizione lontana dal centro, camere vecchie e sporche. Colazione scadente. Unica nota davvero positiva la bisteccheria presente nell'hotel Danielle steak house davvero notevole, servizio eccellente e cortese e cibo ottimo. Prezzi medi ma è normale in quelle zone”

“The hotel was clean, well maintained, and well located. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only (very minor) complaint I had was that there were no scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet (they did have egg sandwiches), and there was only one meat option. But what they had was definitely more than adequate. I really liked the Craftsman and will definitely stay there again on trips to the Syracuse...

“The place was modern and clean. The room was large and the beds were comfortable and met our needs for maintaining our electronic devices. I didn't feel like I had to inspect the beds before sitting on them. The shower curtain was ripped and should have been replaced before we arrived.”

“Food at the Salt Restaurant & Bar is great. There is a bit of a wait to be seated for breakfast since the waiters / waitresses have to be the hostess & bus the tables themselves, they could use more help. Bar tender at the bar is always polite & friendly, drinks are always made correctly. It would be nice if the bar was available later at night on the weekend.”
