“Came back to room after dinner around 7:30 pm and found that my room had not been made nor my towels changed. Asked front desk to have someone make our room. Front desk person was alone and couldn’t help address the issue at hand. Breakfast ran out of pancake mix. Coffee canteen empty at 9 pm.”

“Central areas were nice, amenities seemed nice, but rooms were not the cleanest or well maintained, furniture was worn and stained.”
