“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“Nice, clean, property. Check in was easy. I was charged for parking when my reservation said complimentary. It was $10. I didn’t complain, though. Just wanted to mention. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Quiet property even though it’s around several others and right off the highway. Would stay here again. ”
