“Karey is a very personable host and if you are a dog lover she has 3 well mannered standard poodles; Wally, Tigre and Molly. If you like, Karey will call them into your room one at a time to meet you. The bed was comfortable, you have your choice of 3 breakfast items and ours was delicious. Unfortunately we only stayed one night, however , we plan to return to explore the surrounding beaches and walks.”

“Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!”

“We loved our short stay at Bayview B&B! Juliette was communicative leading up to check-in, and we really enjoyed visiting with her during breakfast. She is a fantastic cook! Already looking forward to planning a longer stay here.”

“Small town, older motel. It had what we needed but it may not work for everyone. Spent one night before flying out. Might be wise to stay closer to the international airport as the highways can be congested. ”

“The TV was an issue. It had a prior guests name on it and would turn on and shut off randomly. Unable to get it to stop. Turned on in the night. Other than that it was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly.”

“This is a charming older hotel with very helpful, friendly staff and a lovely overlook over the river. The room we had was great, updated & spotless. The slight hesitation I have is simply that it is a very old building structurally and had a slightly musty (to me) smell in the lobby/hallway. In addition, I was surprised to learn, only a couple of days before our arrival, that as an old building with a pub on the main floor, there could well be a fait but of sound travel to the rooms above the...
