Hotel a Wickliffe

“I did not stay because I had a problem with the person at the check in counter. I paid on Expedia and this clown wanted me to pay again as a “deposit” I’m not payin twice for a lower than expected smelly 1star hotel 🙄 so I cancelled and currently am waiting for a response. ”

“It smelled like roaches, crack, and old carpet! I found USED linen underneath my mattress. I only stayed a few hours. As soon as midnight hit I left and went to another hotel! I wasn’t even concerned with the money I wasted.”

“This was the best motel I’ve ever been too! Free breakfast, free parking, clean rooms, AC, mini fridge, laundry, fast food right next to it, and etc. Staff was super kind and friendly and I would highly recommend to anybody! 10/10 experience”

“The front desk staff were very friendly and the room was perfect! All of the supplies provided were full and this was wonderful.”

“The gentleman that checked us in was friendly. The room was a little dirty with stains on the ceiling and walls. The shower drain was clogged. The biggest issue was the visitors upstairs were extremely loud. I’m guessing this is a typical expectation from the hotel because they have you sign a waiver on the weekend saying you will be kicked out if you are too loud. ”

“When I booked this property I read the reviews and they were terrible. But the room was fine. Plumbing could use some work, but the the bed was soft warm and dry, and the shower hot and wet. No mold or dust bunnies in sight. Staff was great. TV and wifi worked. But no breakfast even through there is a restaurant. Parking looked easy and safe. But I suspect this conference center was built when Aurora had better prospects and is now a money loser for the owners. My brother says the food...

“The property is in a quiet location and a beautiful setting. All rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator. Internet TV was very spotty. It was easy to hear other people outside the rooms. This would be a great property for a few friends or families to stay in one place and have common areas to be together. There is no complimentary breakfast.”
