Hotel a Wilson Creek

“Pretty disappointed with the room. There were two large areas of the carpet still saturated with dog urine and the room smelled. The hotel staff were reluctant to give us another room initially but did finally switch rooms. The bathroom had black hair and powder on the floor from previous occupants. We don’t think we will choose Spark-Hilton again.”

“The room was clean and beautiful. I'm 6'4" so the shower head was neck high for me, but the water was hot. The breakfast was great. Ham and scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, hot and cold cereals. Every condiment you needed. Milk, juices, coffee, and hot water for tea or instant hot chocolate. I'd stay there again.”

“The staff were personable, friendly and professional. Our room was spacious, clean and ready for guests. There was a Keurig coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator in the room. Also, everything was clean, neat and ready for guests.”

“I drive a straight truck and needed to book a room on an overnight trip so I booked this property and was rudely awakened by the manager Harry pounding on my door early early morning demanding that I move my truck immediately. This guy was yelling at me like I ran his dog over or something. When I got to the parking lot it was empty barely 6 cars in the 100 parking spaces and I was using 3 spaces which meant there were still 90+ open spots. What makes it worse is I have stayed at this property...

“The room was clean and updated. I don’t care that the hallways are outdated, I don’t sleep there. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great. Everything was clean and maintained where I needed it. The staff were so friendly. Mark at the front desk is my new best friend and the other staff were also kind. I would stay here again happily.”
