“A positive, the hotel is new and clean. However, the service wasn’t good at all. To start there was coffee but no cups. 1st night the room wasn’t cleaned and I had to request clean towels from the front desk. Please keep in mind there was no signage stating that rooms aren’t cleaned daily. Second day, room wasn’t cleaned and towels were needed. No one was available at the front desk. The room seemed recently renovated but unfortunately with crappy ikea ish furniture - missing handles, broken cabinet doors, scratches on the floor, no full length mirror, only one mirror in the bathroom. The bathroom was clean which was lovely! No mold in sight. We had a 1 room suite and there is only an AC in the bedroom area so you have to leave the bedroom door open all the time and turn on the little fan to...

“I loved the fact that check out was at 12:00 as opposed to 10 or 11 am. After traveling late at night, I needed the extra hours of sleep before having to get up and leave.”

“The property and my room was clean. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool it was clean but water temp was freezing. Would have enjoyed if the pool was open til 11 or midnight. There was a good variety of breakfast for the Continental breakfast. One thing that was an inconvenience the dryer only took quarters it would be easier if there was an additional method to pay for ut we were there for a tournament and my son's shorts for his uniform got wet couldn't dry them so next morning had to wear vry...

“I liked that the room was pet friendly and easy to take the dog out. Clean comfortable room The amenities stated that the property has a pool NO POOL I WAS TOLD IT CLOSED FOR COVID N NEVER REOPENED I was very disappointed I choose the property because it had a pool I would not have booked this property if I new this ahead of time. Also breakfast wasn't filled n coffee empty I got an eye roll from the server”
