“We had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Inn & Suites in Manheim, PA while traveling with our pet. The place is very clean, and the staff was incredibly considerate and understanding. We were supposed to check out at 12 PM, but due to my son’s volleyball game, we didn’t leave until around 3 PM. Instead of charging us the full late check-out fee per policy, they only charged us half, which we truly appreciated. Shoutout to Marco, Fawzi, and Ferdy for being so kind and welcoming. “We stayed nearly a week. The housekeeping staff was prompt and came every day. We've been at other places lately where that has been an issue. Breakfast had hot options. The lobby was nice. It was a very quiet hotel and lots of restaurants, stores and other helpful businesses in the area.”
