“A beautiful room and view”

“Staff was pleasant, close to Resturants. Beeakfast area was kept clean and food was fresh. ”

“The room was clean, i liked the kitchen inside. I was very comfortable there and barely left my room. I ended up extending my trip for three more days because I liked it so much. The only negative is the people who checked in towards my last three days who had an obnoxious child who ran/stumped above me waking me up around 6am or around midnight. Oh and the signal went out on half of the live tv channels but I was supposed to be studying while there anyway so it didn't bother me too much.”

“This was my second time staying at this location and I'm definitely planning on staying again in the future!! Room was clean, staff is Awesome, especially The gentlemen at the front desk, Ryan. I am happy with my choice and would definitely recommend The Red Roof inn to anyone who asks. ”

“Abbiamo trascorso due settimane piacevoli e senza nessun problema. L'hotel è accogliente, il servizio gentilissimo, la posizione e la disponibilità del parcheggio, ottimi. Utilissima anche la possibilità di avere sia la WiFi che le telefonate urbane gratuite. Se dobbiamo lamentare qualcosa è solo per la frequenza delle pulizie (1 volta la settimana) ed i materassi un pò troppo 'duri'. A parte questo, consigliamo vivamente a tutti il Candlewood Suites Newport News.”

“Large cabin was a great size for a family. It was very clean when we arrived and checked in. ”

“1° room: bad smell; there were no towels in the first day; hairs in the bathroon 2° room: towels in the fridge”

“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”

“ALL good... Except the bathtub drain stopper was bry, and bath water kept leaking out.”

“Everything was good. One comment: if towels are not refreshed daily, as is the case, then there should be more towel racks to hang towels to dry for next use.”

“Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only issue I think we had was at the bedroom with the two beds had a very loud fan in there when the heat was on.”

“Great hotel! Clean, cozy and quiet. Close enough to the historic stuff, but also plenty to do and eat nearby. They also have an external room service for food that we used one night. It was quick and easy. ”
