“Overall - good stay. Beds are soft, but rooms are clean enough. Free breakfast, sausage was pretty good! We were not allowed to split the cost of a room with 2 credit cards, which set us back momentarily... but all OK”

“I like the location of this hotel, close to attractions we visited. The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was very helpful! The hotel was quiet at night. Plenty of parking at the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet provided.”

“We were greeted by the owners, John and Linda and given a tour and history of the building. The room that we stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and modern. The breakfast was gourmet! Homemade waffles, bacon, a poached pear, arugula salad with kiwi and blueberries and homemade cinnamon scones with lemon curd and clotted cream! Decadent to say the least. The location is wonderful. You can walk to town with all the historic shops and delicious restaurants. We...

“Wow! What an amazing stay! We booked this home for my son’s graduation from bootcamp. I was hesitant to book a home as we had an awful experience with an air bnb in the past (the home was fine - the host was horrible). This host was patient, responsive, and helpful. The home was comfortable and well equipped. The pool was beautiful. I highly recommended!”

“Clean room. Helpful staff. Family friendly. This place is a hidden gem. The waterpark is enclosed. Which makes a great case of bad weather outside. They do have a cool feature of a pool that goes inside and outside. The lazy river is absolutely fabulous. The slides are great. At 8 PM the fire pits go on. It’s a fabulous time roasting marshmallows outside. Great hiking trails too. I highly recommend this place. My family and I had a great time here. I will take them again.”

“It's a place to flop in a quiet, economically struggling but beautiful area. Adjacent to the hospital, walkable to local shops, restaurant / bar on premises, easy access to Delaware River. Basic amenities - everything reminds of great-grandma's home including the tepid shower, the wash basin in your bedroom, and the low bed with a springy mattress. Don't be picky - support the local economy.”
