“The room was a bit run down. A couple of the towels had stains on them, the nightstand lights weren’t working. When I requested housekeeping at a later time, it wasn’t available. To wrap it all up, there was criminal activity back-to-back times in the first two nights, which made it feel unsafe. Not to mention, accounts of this hotel being a site infidelity cases. Overall, a below average experience to which I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who plans to visit Austin.”

“Room was clean that was about the only good thing I can say about this place. Staff was barely helpful. Cleaning staff was rude and loud. At check in was handed my room key and that was all. Wasn’t told my room number, floor I was on or what side of hotel room was on. As I was walking away was told the breakfast hours and that was it. Elevators have two doors.
