Hotel a Johnson Creek

“The property was overall sufficient. The room smelled very musty and damp. Very limited breakfast and we had to go elsewhere.”

“The hotel is very clean and the swimming pool is also clean, staff are helpful and the location of the hotel is near the highway and 5-mins drive to Outlet Mall and restaurant and fast food.”

“Property is dated, but had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was fine, never used the pool area. Would we stay here again. Maybe maybe not.”

“The place is amazing this is the best place that I’ve ever been .The room was beautiful ,clean and spacious ,We love the hot tub and all the amenities.My family also enjoy the swimming pool clean and cool.My son enjoyed playing with the cat.The host is very friendly and nice people .Breakfast is delicious.Excellent planning to come back again next time.”

“Rooms are comfortable for a short stay. Staff is helpful. My only suggestion is that the coffee machine is available all day and not just in the morning. The staff was kind enough to plug in and I was able to get coffee in the afternoon.”

“Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied.”

“Location for family reunion in Lake Mills was the only positive. Property was not well maintained. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hallways heavily scented. Room furniture in need of repair. Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout. Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc.”
