Hotel a Johnson Creek

“From the time we check in and wanted to check out was about an hour. The rooms were dark, dead bugs on the floor, spiders crawling on the furnisher, the pool was ice cold and cloudy and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. I was not able to get a full refund. Half was the best they could do. We stated anyway because our four year old was so excited to swim. I will never stay at this location again.”

“The rooms and bathroom especially have a VERY strong odor of cigarette smoke. So bad, I tried to cancel my reservation to move to another hotel but would have lost a significant amount of money. The breakfast was a pop tart and hostess cakes. They provide 2 small towels for bathroom, and when I asked for an additional washcloth, the guy behind the desk looked at me like I had 3 heads. The vending machine takes coins only. Spend the extra money and stay at the marriot, not this place.”

“Room was nice and everything adequate except for the toilet. It was 15" off the floor. Great for kids I suppose. The water level in the toilet was very close to the seat too. My only complaints. Maid did a good job taking out trash and putting in new towels on my second day there. Still a nice stay”

“This was a quick overnight stay before heading to UW Whitewater. Great location near walking distance of many restaurants. Room was perfect for our needs, and breakfast was delicious!”

“Location for family reunion in Lake Mills was the only positive. Property was not well maintained. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hallways heavily scented. Room furniture in need of repair. Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout. Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc.”
