Hotel a Oroville

“I woke up at 2:30 am to catch Amtrak. I had challenges with Lyft the driver wouldn't load my baggage so the desk clerk loaded it for me as I could not because of my disability. He went above and beyond. I couldn't be more thankful. He also aided me with hot coffee and a warm lobby to sit in as it was very windy and cold. In one word...Kudos to you all”

“Quiet, easy parking and no smoking room as requested. Staff was pleasant and check in took only a few minutes. Several restaurants were only a few blocks away. I will use them again when I travel that way.”

“Staff was terrible from the get-go not enough training was very obvious, horrible customer service, and on checkout the guy had no idea what he was doing. I forgot his name, but oh my gosh wanted to charge me for parking and didn’t give me the right receipt. He gave me a receipt for just the parking the guy was all over the place. Breakfast area was closed.”

“The room and shared spaces such as the coffee area were nice and tidy. The bathroom was large. There was one lounge chair in the room and one desk chair so a bit difficult to eat. The chairs in the back area were nice but there was no shade. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy to find food whether it was restaurants or groceries. A very cute antique/gift store "downtown".”

“My stay here was great. The only issue I had was the hours of the restaurant that’s in the hotel. If they open for lunch, that would have been nice.”

“Our first room was not clean so they moved us to another room. In that room the shower mixing valve was broken so not hot water. They moved us back to the first room and said it was clean, it was not some sort of sauce on the bedspread and small black beard trimmings everywhere. The tv in the first room did not work the first night I was told I had to wait till the morning for maintenance. They never showed so i called again. They brought a remote that worked and got it going again. My last...

“We stayed here to be near Toyota Amp. for a concert. The front desk guy was rude. He mumbled then got extremely irritated when I politely asked him to repeat himself. He looked at me and sarcastically clear as day said ‘WHAT IS YOUR PHONE NUMBER?’ Um okay.. why couldn’t you have spoken that clearly the first time? Then he gives us a room key, we go to our room and the door is open, room in disarray. Mind you it’s about 3:30 pm, check begins at 3. We leave for an hour to get lunch then...

“We've stayed here several times with no complaints. This time, however the outside of the hotel looked kind of run down. The worst part though was inside. Our room seemed nice and clean until my husband took off his shoes and walked around in stocking feet. GROSS! and the carpet even seemed damp. It was disgusting! Needless to say, we won't be staying there again. ”
