“With the poor score on communication, it wasn't explained that the reception would be closed at 1pm Saturday and Sunday. We had an email asking us what time would we be there - we said before 3-4pm.
On arrival we went early and filled out the check in and stored bags, advised we would get a call when the room was ready but no call. Only to come back at 3pm to find we were locked out and needed to contact afterhours and give informaiton about our stay to someone on the phone. Recommend this...

“The one bedroom apartment was fantastic for 2. The bedroom and the living room both facing the ocean and with sliding doors. Bathroom with a one person jacuzzi was nice and big with two basins and a window where you could see the ocean through the bedroom. Staff was friendly. Both inside and outside swimming pools could have been a bit warmer to be used in the winter and the sauna was being serviced.”

“Excellent place to stay! This is our second time staying at Paradise Resort and we will continue to stay with them every time we go back to the Gold Coast!
Super convenient location, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants BUT you won’t need to leave the resort at all if you don’t want to, as they have everything you need in there!
All day activities for the kids, restaurants, convenience store etc
