“I am genuinely disgusted by the condition of this place and do not recommend anyone stay here. After checking in, my husband and I went to our room and immediately noticed obvious yellow stains on the sheets, blood, and dried-crusted mystery fluid. The room itself was also dirty, smelled of mold, and was in absolutely unacceptable condition.
We went to the front desk person (named Raf) and asked for either a room change or at minimum clean sheets. He refused to change our room and said...

“The room was very dirty, dirty towels were had to go by Burlington to purchase towels and went by dollar tree to purchase cleaning stuff, night stands and furniture in the room was very dirty and the window. I spoke to a staff member at the front desk he said he will send someone up with new towels I wanted to book another room somewhere else but it was too late because we got there minutes to 7.”

“I would recommend this place to anyone. Everything was clean inside and out. We were displaced because of a fire, and the manger was willing to work with us, as we were going to be out of our apartment for awhile, and also was great about having our pets with us. I just can not say enough about how everything worked out and that took a big weight off of our shoulders”

“We liked the lobby and the pancakes. Check in was at 3:00. I booked 2 rooms for my family we got there at 3:50 and they said only 1 room was ready and he would tell us when they were done cleaning the other one and the cleaning lady was in there right then. So we sat on the couches and watched all these people checking in and some had to wait but the he would call them back up when there room was ready.
